Terry L. Cook est un auteur publié depuis 1994 et qui a écrit plus d'une douzaine de livres à succès . Il en a rédigé 162^[1]. Il détient des diplômes AA, AS, BA, BS et MBA, ainsi que deux diplômes d'enseignement collégial et deux certificats collégiaux. Il est un policier et enquêteur (California State Police) à la retraite, un ancien combattant militaire et un ancien officier de la Garde nationale. Il est également un pilote d'avion commercial à réaction (ATP) licencié par la FAA. Il est l'auteur d'un roman de science-fiction dystopique, The Duke of Hell^[2]^,^[3].

Il est un opposant à la vaccination^[4], au communisme, au mondialisme et à la puce sous-cutanée en général et à la micropuce implantée (humain) qu'il dénonce dans son film No ID found. Pour lui l'implantation de la puce chez l'animal va précéder l'humain^[5].
