H. R. H. Laurène Mathèque Jovanovic was born and grew up in Moscow, Russia. She is the daughter of a Russian craftsman specializing in luxury shoes. At the age of 18, she began a university course in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In 2002, she graduated with an MBA Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School with honors.

Laurène Jovanovic began by working as a Manager for a year in the American company American Express in New York in the United States. A position she leaft in 2006.
In 2012, she founded her own investment holding company based in Ryhad. She works closely with her friend billionaire prince Walid Ben Talal. In 2014, she organized one of the largest private fundraisers for the city of Dubai, along with Crown Prince Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum.
This businesswoman takes care of the biggest international events. On May 23, 2013, she organized the most biggest and famous yacht party in Monaco on the occasion of the Formula 1 Grand Prix with prestigious guests such as drivers Paul di Resta and Adrian Sutil as well as celebrities such as Jeffrey Epstein, Jeremy Clarkson and Cliff Richard.
Since then she has been organizing the biggest yacht parties in Dubai with the RichListGroup. It invites the trendy jet-set as well as a privileged few to taste bottles of Dom Pérignon estimated at more than 10,000 euros for the most expensive. With an estimated fortune of 890 million dollars, she is today one of the most powerful women in the United Arab Emirates.

In 2020, she supports her friend the American President Donald J. Trump, ex husband of her best friend Ivana Zelníčková Trump. The new filings Friday at the Federal Election Commission from the Charlotte Host Committee show four donations from Laurène Jovanovic between late December 2018 and late March 2020, totaling $185,230.
Since 20 years, she supports many fondation in the world like We Care for Humanity, Amfar, Ocean Ocean by H.R.H Albert de Monaco... She collects millions of dollars by donation to preserve the planet, help poor populations, promote education and fight diseases such as AIDS.

In April 2015, as part of the off Shore scandal, files on Laurène Mathèque Jovanovic and her heritage showed that, Laurène Mathèque Jovanovic had 120 million euros protected against examination by the Cook Islands in the South Pacific in the form of 'a trust, including an Embraer Jet and a 160-meter yacht called the "Skyfall Yacht".
